At Travel Beyond Tours, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be clear and fair, while also reflecting the planning, reservations, and supplier commitments required for each experience.

Key Timelines

The windows that shape your booking

Every refund, credit, and payment term below follows from one of these three dates.

1Full Day Tours

30 days

Cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour date. The deposit option is offered when booking this far ahead.

2Multi-Day & Custom

60 days

The pivot before departure: deposits may convert to credit beyond it, and the remaining balance is due on it.

3Travel Credit

12 months

Validity of any converted travel credit, measured from the original departure date and subject to conditions.

Full Day Tours

30 days

Free cancellation window before the tour date

  • Travelers may cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour date.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the tour date are non-refundable.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

Payment Terms — Full Day Tours

For full day tours booked more than 30 days before the tour date, travelers may choose between two options:

20% Deposit

Secure date

To secure your date, a 20% deposit is required at booking when this option is available. The remaining balance will be requested according to the payment terms shown at booking.

Pay in Full

Done today

Pay the full amount now and complete your booking today.

For full day tours booked within 30 days of the tour date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Multi-Day Tours & Custom Journeys

These journeys require more advanced planning and may include hotels, private transportation, guides, domestic flights, entrance tickets, special access experiences, and third-party supplier services.

12 months

Travel-credit validity when cancelled more than 60 days before departure (subject to conditions)

  • Cancelled more than 60 days before departure, deposits may be converted into a travel credit valid for 12 months from the original departure date — subject to availability, supplier conditions, and any non-recoverable costs.

  • Cancellations made within 60 days of departure are 100% non-refundable.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

  • Unused services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Payment Terms — Multi-Day & Custom

For journeys booked more than 60 days before departure, a deposit secures the booking with the balance due later:

50% Deposit

Secure journey

To secure your journey, a 50% deposit is required at booking when this option is available. The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure.

Pay in Full

Done today

Pay the full amount now and complete your booking today.

For journeys booked within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

If the remaining balance is not completed by the due date, our team will contact the traveler before making any changes to the booking. Travel Beyond Tours may release reserved services if payment is not completed after the corresponding follow-up.

Date Changes & Rescheduling

Requests to change the date of a tour or journey are subject to availability.

Whenever possible, Travel Beyond Tours will try to assist with rescheduling. Changes may be subject to supplier availability, operational costs, non-recoverable expenses, or price differences.

Weather, Safety, Medical Situations & Unforeseen Events

Medical situations, severe weather, natural events, government restrictions, road closures, operational disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Whenever possible, Travel Beyond Tours may offer a reasonable solution, such as rescheduling, travel credit, or alternative arrangements. Any solution will be subject to supplier conditions, availability, and non-recoverable costs.

Refund Timing

  • Approved refunds will be processed, whenever possible, to the same payment method used for the original booking.

  • Refund timing may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.

  • Payment processing fees may be non-refundable, depending on the payment provider.

  • Any approved refund or travel credit may be subject to non-recoverable supplier costs and payment processing fees.
